State of the art equipment

BBFS has two locations to choose from, one in Unley and a new studio in Woodville.

Improved brain and body health

Just as the muscles in your body get stronger when you exercise, our brain benefits from mental activities that causes it to change and adapt.

Individual check-ins

Your individualised program is reviewed by the Exercise Physiologists every 12 weeks to encourage new challenges and importantly, increase variety in your program.

Monitored progress

Physical measures of your strength, balance, flexibility and quality of life are taken during your assessment and measured every 6 months to monitor progress.
