About your membership
The Brain x Body Fitness Studio has a unique membership framework, encouraging our members to attend regularly throughout the week to maximise the benefits of the program.
Members have unlimited access to group sessions where they are able to complete their individualised exercise program under supervision by our qualified Exercise Physiologists. Members also have access to a broad range of social group classes including yoga, dance, boxing, pilates and more.
Start with a 60 minute 1:1 initial assessment with a qualified Exercise Physiologist to discuss your medical history, goals and measures including strength and balance.
Unlimited studio access
Your membership includes access to BBFS group sessions to complete your individualised exercise program. These are supervised by our Exercise Physiologists to monitor technique, safety and program progression.
Access to a range of classes
You will also have access to a broad range of weekly group classes like boxing, dance, pilates, yoga, and stretch and move.
Regular program reviews
You will receive a review of your exercise program every 12 weeks and an in-depth review of your physical outcome measures every 6 months.
